The performances featured on this DVD package come from two different sessions: November 1968 and April 1973. The first session features the original line up of the band performing their single The Weight which was a cover of the Band song and was also Spooky Tooth's single at the time. The second session from Spooky Tooth was filmed in April 1973 and the band are promoting You Broke My Heart So I Busted Your Jaw and we have two versions of Cotton Growing Man and Moriah alongside Old As I Was Born and Waiting For the Wind the latter track being the opening track from Spooky Two. The line up here features Gary Wright, Mike Harrison, Mick Kellie, Mick Jones and Chris Stewart
