No matter what I think about their later albums, these guys, no matter who is in the band, put on one hell of a live show. And all of that is here. You have the 'hits' the band is known for, plus a selection of new tracks from The Ladder. Great playing all around, and Igor Khoroshev can easily switch between Tony Kaye and Rick Wakeman's style (or, even Trevor Rabin's) on the approriate tracks.

But, my issue with this is the sound. I give leeway to older recordings, like my beloved Yessongs, because making a live album back then was a lot more difficult than it is today. There is really no excuse for a poor sounding live recording now. The sound on House of Yes is muddy and does not do the band justice. But, it's nice to hear the Yes classics played live, and I have to admit, the tracks from The Ladder sound better live than on that album.
