According to the liner notes, 5 of the original tracks were dropped from the re-release of this album. 9 additional tracks were added to replace tracks that were included as bonus cuts to re-mastered albums. The album covers 3 different Heep line-ups, and includes tracks from a Central TV appearance. Probably more for the Heep completist, but possibly also for someone who hasn't listened to much past the classic line-up.
