This is the long awaited critical review of the music of David Bowie and the Spiders From Mars during the crucial period from 1969 to 1972 when Bowie rose from obscurity to superstardom. Featuring extensive interviews with surviving Spiders Trevor Bolder and Woody Woodmansey, this unique film uses rare footage of Bowie and the Spiders on stage and behind the scenes to discover the influences, which shaped some of the greatest contemporary music ever recorded.

This second volume also features Woody Woodmansey and Trevor Bolder. This second DVD continues with the Ziggy Stardust album and reviews the work of Bowie on Aladdin Sane through to the break up of the Spiders, Pin Ups and on to the Diamond Dogs album.
