Hailing from Chicago, short-lived AOR pomp rockers Trillion unleashed a likeable enough debut record in the vein of bands like Styx, Kansas, Saga and Boston, with cool lead off rocker "Hold Out" displaying some Queen vibes as well.  Fellow rockers "May as Well Go" and "Bright Night Lights" are highlights as well, while the fey funk of "Fancy Action" and the ridiculously catchy "Give Me Your Money Honey" get stuck in my head every time I hear them, even though I really don't want them to.  If you're a big melodic rock fan and don't expect Trillion's music to sound like how the awesome prog-ish cover art looks, you might find this an enjoyable surprise from the cheapo bins at the record store.

Singer Dennis "Fergie" Frederiksen would go on to sing for Toto on the band's 1984 release Isolation.
